Sale of Residential House – $1,750 incl GST
Contract Preparation including all searches $750.00
On completion of sale and settlement $1,000.00
This fixed price includes the discharging of a mortgage and all new searches. We will provide two copies of the contract.
Sale of Strata Plan Unit or Townhouse – $1,850 incl GST
Contract Preparation including all searches $850.00
On completion of sale and settlement $1,000.00
The contact details of the Strata Manager will be required.
Sale of Off the Plan, Neighbourhood or Community Title – $1,950 incl GST
Contract Preparation including all searches $950.00
On completion of sale and settlement $1,000.00
Sale of Commercial Unit or Dwelling – $2,050 incl GST
Contract Preparation including all searches $1,050.00
