Bio
Sky established Felicio Law Firm in Erina more than 30 years ago and has since served the firm’s valued clients in all areas of law, from conveyancing and commercial leasing matters through to family law, estate planning, courtroom advocacy and litigation.
Sky arrived on the NSW Central Coast in 1988, having completed her legal degree at Macquarie University in 1986 and then beginning her legal career in banking, where she gained invaluable knowledge and expertise in the financial sector.
Since founding the firm, Sky has developed a reputation for professionalism based on achieving successful legal outcomes for many satisfied clients. Legal matters are often stressful for people, but Sky’s experience, empathy and approachability helps them understand what the most likely outcome of their matter will be. Sky communicates with her clients throughout the legal process, providing them with unbiased and expert legal advice.
With the support of selected barristers, she also has the experience to guide a matter through the court system to a successful resolution.
Behind her, Sky counts on the support of a conscientious and diligent team who will always ensure her clients are considered the highest priority. This is the case whether it’s their first consultation or when they require legal advice in the future.
Sky is also admitted as a solicitor with the Queensland Law Society, permitting her to conduct conveyancing matters and other legal services both there and in NSW. As a passionate advocate of the place of women within the law, Sky regularly attends functions and seminars in support of female speakers and associations that work for the increasing inclusion of women within the profession.
Sky has had the following professional roles as a volunteer:
- Chairperson and committee member of the Central Coast Women’s Health Centre where she was a volunteer solicitor for almost 10 years.
- Founding Committee Member of the Rotary Erina Branch.
- Committee Member of the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
- Treasurer and Committee Member of the Before and After School Service at Empire Bay.
